How to find out exactly what companies want from wellness
One Reddit thread. Three prompts. One proposal no company can ignore
Hola amigos,
I have been studying AI for almost five years.
The boring stuff too.
It has cost me a significant amount of money, but the return has been life-changing.
Today I start passing that on.
Today you will learn:
how to turn any Reddit thread into structured market research in under 40 minutes
how to extract the exact market opportunities in the language companies already use
how to turn what comes back into pitches that get companies to buy from you
1. The guessing problem
Most fitness professionals build content around what they think their audience needs.
Most build pitches around what they assume a company wants.
Most research competitors by scrolling their Instagram grid.
None of that makes you money or gets you new clients.
Because you are not speaking to their real problems and you are not speaking their language.
What speaks their language is the unfiltered, unperformed language people use when they think nobody in the industry is listening:
The question posted at 11pm in a professional forum
The HR director venting in a comment thread about why their last wellness initiative failed
The personal trainer asking how to price a corporate contract without sounding like they’ve never done it before
That language already exists.
It’s sitting in public forums, professional communities, and niche subreddits, completely free and almost entirely ignored by wellness professionals who are busy posting their next motivational reel.
Here is how to find it — and what to do with it once you do.
2. The workflow
This is a system.
Eight steps.
Runs in under 40 minutes once you’ve done it twice.
Step 1 — Find the conversation
Go to Reddit or any public professional forum.
Search for a topic your audience is wrestling with right now.
Set the filter to show data from the past week.
Examples: 'corporate wellness budget cut', 'HR wellbeing program not working', 'burnout personal trainer corporate'.
Step 2 — Extract the raw data
Add /.json to the end of the Reddit URL
This converts the entire thread — every comment, every reply, every timestamp — into structured metadata.
Step 2 — Open Claude. Paste the JSON
Use the prompt below to extract the pain points in plain language.
Step 4 — Generate your hooks
The same prompt produces five hook options based on what real people said.
Step 5 — Validate against your ICP
This step takes 90 seconds if you know your audience.
Step 6 — Build the content or pitch
Now you’re not creating from thin air. You’re responding to something that already exists in the market.
Step 7 — Cross-check with competitor research
Run through the same pain in search of what others in your space are publishing.
Step 8 — Archive the thread data
Save the JSON extract. It becomes a living research file — six months of this and you have a proprietary intelligence bank nobody else has built.
3. Why this matters for corporate specifically
The Reddit workflow works whether you are a physio trying to land your first corporate contract, a clinic owner looking for B2B revenue, or a burned-out coach who wants out of the 1:1 model.
The problem is the same.
You are making decisions based on what you think the market needs.
This workflow shows you what it actually needs, in the words of the people who control the budget.
That is the most valuable research a wellness professional trying to break into corporate could possibly access — and it is sitting there unread because most people in this space aren’t looking for it.
Below I am sharing the three prompts I run every time:
pain extraction
competitor gap analysis
the CFO reframe
Then I will show you exactly how to turn what comes back into a corporate proposal—built from their exact language, their exact problems, impossible to ignore.
If you have read this far, this matters to you.
If you have never worked inside a corporation and wonder whether this applies to you, it applies to you most.
You do not need to have been in the room.
You need to know what they say when you are not.
Today you will make at least one unconscious purchase—an overpriced coffee, a delivery fee, something you won’t remember by Tuesday.
That same amount funds this newsletter.
One good pitch built from what’s below could open a six-figure contract.
Some will still buy the 21 AED coffee. And then complain.
It’s all good though.
Every week you wait, someone else in your market is building the intelligence bank you don’t have yet.
For less than 1 AED a day, all of this content is yours
